Sunny Intervals

The line from Lewes to Rye may not qualify as one of the great railway journeys of the world, but it never fails to cheers me up:

And waiting at the end of the journey, an old schoolfriend and a pint of Harvey's. A perfect day.

Foxes - Three Times a Lady...

Hope you're feeling better.

Lucille - Every time I go past Winchelsea I want to stop and get off. One day I will.

zmkc - It was. My camera phone didn't do it justice.

Do- but time it carefully, the stopping trains are few and far between! Also a surprisingly long walk up to the citadel but absolutely worth it.
